Alankit may update these terms from time to time, and any changes will be effective as soon as they are posted here. Please ensure that you are familiar with the current terms.
The following is the refund and cancellation policy for the payments made towards any services offered by Alankit:
- Once your request has been received, we will initiate your refund, which may take 7 to 15 days to be credited to your account.
- Fees paid as account opening charges are non-refundable.
- Picking up required documents for any service procedure is subject to our representatives' availability at any given time and location.
- The service for which the payment has been rendered, is not activated in the relevant time period, is entitled to a refund.
- If your account has not been made active by the Team after the tenth day of collection of all necessary supporting documents and receipt of all due authorisations from your end, you may request a full refund of the charges paid by you towards account opening.
- If you have paid the charges for any service multiple times, we will initiate the necessary procedure to refund your money to the source account.
Terms & Conditions
If a transaction completed by you on Alankit's portal is charged to your card or bank account and is not delivered within 24 hours of completion, you must notify us with the transaction details for us to do the relevant checks and act accordingly, including:
- Order ID
- Service Rendered
- Amount Paid
All refunds will be credited to your source account within 7 to 15 business, as per the bank's policies.
Note: The refund procedure is subject to the approval of agencies such as banks, payment gateways, etc.
